Be a seamless streamer. Every article should have a call to action at the end of it, but many times they are far too obvious. Your article should flow directly into the call to action without your readers ever realizing it is happening. Practice doing this until it becomes natural for you.

Don't use long, rambling sentences and dense paragraphs in your articles. Readers are turned off when they are confronted by long blocks of text. Break your article up into short, punchy paragraphs of no more than five lines. Keep your sentences short and straightforward so your articles are easy to follow.

Be personable and friendly in everything you do. Throughout your article, you should always allow your personality to shine through, but do not forget to do this in other forms of communication as well. You should always have the same styles for articles, blog descriptions, comments, emails, and anything else involving another person.
